Style Lend Return Policy?
Stylelend.com has a specific return policy. All purchases, except for swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, accessories, bikinis, and bras, can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All items in the package must be intact. If these conditions are not met, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please note that final sale items, swimwear, underwear, panties, bags, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item. You must email a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Once the returned parcel reaches the return center, the refund will be issued to your StyleWe Wallet or the original payment account (or other refund methods) as per your request in 3 to 7 business days. Note: Generally, the original shipping charges for an order (if any) are non-refundable.
For a smooth return, you must have proof of purchase. Ensure you have your order number or account details ready when initiating a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return. Used items are not eligible for a refund. All returns should include the original box or package to ensure the item remains undamaged and suitable for resale. No, items must have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
